    New facility for Hatfield Township containing the administration offices along with a new community center. The building is nestled into an existing tree grove.

    This one story building has a main level just under 12,000 square feet containing all of the public spaces and the township administration offices. The partial basement of 3,700 square feet contains storage rooms and mechanical space. The public meeting room is designed to comfortably seat 130 people.

    The architecture of the building is based on traditional forms, elements, and materials resulting in a building design that reflects on the Township's historic past while blending into the surrounding community.

    The latest technologies in construction have been incorporated into the design creating an environmentally friendly and efficient building providing for long term savings in energy costs.

    The entire facility is barrier free handicapped accessible.
